Miller Homes is owned by Apollo Global Management, a US-based asset management firm. Apollo acquired the UK-based housebuilder in early 2022 from previous owner Bridgepoint Group in a deal worth approximately £1.3 billion (source Wikipedia). If the development goes ahead the profits will be distributed through the New York Stock Exchange, and will not remain in the UK.
